Please note that this is an insert only that attaches to the stock air cleaner assembly and you must have the stock air cleaner assembly to utilize this. The fifth picture is of the custom chrome catalog for 2006. **The catalog states that "the 99 to present air cleaner is a football shaped air cleaner for twin cam models". **This item is new still in the original package. The packaging is a little rough and dusty but the air cleaner insert itself is new but does show signs of slight rub marks from sitting in the packaging for so many years.
