Seagle, born on July 31, 1941 in Corpus Christi, TX, was a contemporary artist and graduated with honors and a BFA from the University of Texas.He received a graduate fellowship to further his studies at the University of the Americas in Mexico City. He had extensive teaching experiences with workshops in Texas and New Mexico and received more than 250 awards in national and regional exhibitions.
