Jerry’s assistant at the time sent this photo to me (with Jerry’s approval) and said pay when you can. At Jerry’s book signing at Macys in San Francisco my friend whispered into Jerry’s ear as I was standing in front of Jerry waiting to have my book signed. Jerry turns to me and says loudly, “WHEN YOU GONNA PAY HIM!” I was stunned. I laughed and said, “this week!” I had just an hour earlier talked to Jerry Lewis in a call in radio talks show! What an afternoon memory!!! This is a photo with a unique Jerry Lewis connection! After years of looking for it, I'm attaching an audio file of a brief recording I had when I was at the book signing. I don't even remember bringing a tape recorder with me. But I did. I also took pictures of the book signing in San Francisco. For many years I was the MDAA San Francisco photographer. Shipping $5.50
