Description: This is a rare piece of sheet music for the song "ON THE LEVEL YOU'RE A LITTLE DEVIL" (But I'll Soon Make an Angel of You") from the Winter Garden's Annual Fall Revue "THE PASSING SHOW OF 1918" which played the Winter Garden Theatre in New York City. (The production opened July 25th, 1918 at the Winter Garden Theatre and ran for 142 performances.) ..... "The Passing Show" began in 1912 (not counting an 1894 production at the Casino Theatre) as a Winter Garden Extravaganza. Like earlier productions, the 1918 edition starred WILLIE and EUGENE HOWARD, who appeared in nearly every other edition.
