Description: Maiogi Dance Fan　Design:This stunning fan came from Kyoto's renown fan maker, Tomatsuya (十松屋福井扇舗), in business for over 300 years. It is made of sturdy washi paper in a deep blue-green with natural die-cut lacquered bamboo struts. It is printed in a gorgeous golden floral pattern. This is a special extra large type of fan and measures about 22” or 56cm from tip to tip when open and is a little over 13” or 33cm long when closed. Note that our extra large case (eBay item number 294966989940) fits this fan and is available in a seperate listing. Excellent quality, this fan would be perfect for dance practice, performances or display… Condition:Perfect, never-used vintage condition in original storage box and envelope from the maker: see photos.
