Description: Japanese Umbrella Parasol Paper, Wood And Bamboo 36+ Inches When opened, it went beyond my yard stick approximately an additional 4 inches so best guess diameter would be approximately 40". Originally purchased many years ago at Reading China and Glass. Remnants of the store tag are still on the wooden handle. I noticed no breaks in the bamboo sticks. I did see 2 small holes in the paper. Last 2 pictures show that. It is also missing the piece that slides in the hole to keep it opened. A small piece of dowel would do the trick. I also noticed a few cracks in the wood pole handle. Pictures posted. Otherwise a great decor or costume piece. Will ship USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground whichever is best.
