The width of the layout of the kimono is 5" and the depth of the doll including the kimono is 5". The beveled edged platform measures approx 7" (L) x 6" (W) x 5/8" (H). The Geisha doll is the star of the show. From her demur and gracious expression of her face to the adornments of her hair to the forward lean of her neck to the delicate position of her hands, this doll represents the traditional and classic beauty and grace of Japanese culture. Her kimono is incredible and reflects the exceptional skill and ability of the artist to create such a representation. There is a white label on the back of the platform with the words, Kyoto Japan 3-10. The Geisha doll and stand is in excellent condition with only slight smudges on her face (barely noticeable with the naked eye) and possibly a missing decoration at the top of her head (see pic).
