Description: Up for sale is a copy of "JAPAN TODAY" Second Edition - A Pictorial Guide by Dr. Shodo Taki, M.A., Ph.D. Society for Japanese Cultural Information. Published in July 1950. This book is secured/tied with (Yotsume toji bindings) in where four small holes are made along the spine edge and the sheets and covers are then bound together tightly with string that wrap around the spine. The spine is not covered except for small portions at the top and the bottom. Overall, the book is in Good Condition. The soft boards have wear, chips and discoloration of the cloth.
