Janome HD1000 BE Black Edition Mechanical Metal Body Sewing Machine Pre-Owned

Description: Purchased this new on amazon in February of 2022 - see photo of my amazon order history. I didn't even use it. Us sewers collect stuff and I decided to collect a sewing machine I did not need. It has been stored in a cabinet all this time. The most it was used was recently when I sewed examples of all the stitches it can do - see photo. It sews really good and stitches are well balanced without much adjustment and the recommended settings in the manual were used. However, it does not sew button holes very well. Maybe I'm just not good at the four-step kind. The button holes I attempted are also shown in the pics. I have not even opened the accessory package except to take photos for this listing. Accessories, manual, and hard case are included and in excellent condition. The case is hard plastic, but it does not go all the way down due to the stationary spool pins that stick up above the machine. I could never figure out how to use it, so it was stored separately. I paid about $300 for this heavy duty machine. I am asking a price that gives me $100 after fees. Retiring and downsizing.Please make sure you are willing to pay the shipping as it may be very expensive depending on your location. It will be packed very well in a snug box with padding, and then that box will be packed inside another box with padding. The dimensions and weight in this listing reflect that kind of packing. I use recycled packing material, but it will be protected well.
