The cards we sell are in mint/nr mint pack pulled condition. Any markings on the scans tend to come from dust on the scanner as we use a high definition scanner for our images. The pictures we use are GENERIC pictures and because of this the picture you see on the listing is an EXAMPLE of the card. In the case of autograph cards this will mean that the autograph may differ slightly from the scan so if the appearance of the autograph is very important to you please enquire to whether the picture shown is the actual card for sale. All cards are sent professionally packed using penny sleeves and toploaders to avoid damage in transit. Postage Costs Internationally we post via International Priority which is internally tracked service by the Postal Carriers worldwide. We also offer the option of International Tracked And Signed service which can be followed online. This is the express option : ******VERY IMPORTANT****** To make use of the combined shipping you must not checkout with individual cards . You MUST add your item to basket and then checkout when you have finished with your order. The correct postage cost will then be applied. Unfortunately failure to do this will result in us sending your orders out individually as we will not be able to combine postage after the order has been placed . Delivery Timescales We post on a daily basis and aim to get you the items you have ordered as quick as possible. We use the Royal Mail for the vast majority of our postage. Within the UK we send via different services but all have the new 2D barcode attached which means in the unlikely event an item goes missing it can be tracked to its last known destination as it is electronically tracked throughout its journey. UK Postage:All items posted within the UK should reach you within 3 days but please wait until 10 working days have passed before contacting us as we cannot raise a query with the Royal Mail until this point. There are sometimes delays but 99.9% of mail does arrive. Rest Of World Postage:Most of the items we post reach our customers within 7-14 working days , but it can take longer particularly at busy times of the year.However mail to certain countries such as South America , South Africa and Mexico can take considerably longer. Please be aware of this if you are purchasing from one of these countries. Customer Service and Returns We offer a comprehensive returns policy which covers you in the vast majority of instances. We are happy to take a return on anything we sell as long as the item/s are returned to us in the same condition they were sent out in. If you receive an item that is damaged due to postal negligence or an item that isnt as described we will pay the return postage.
