The LeCoultre Reverso is a highly coveted model known for its switch-face design, which allows the wearer to flip the watch face over while wearing it. The watch was first made for Rugby players in England and for the royalties, kings, queens, princes, and princesses, who played polo. The Reverso watch allowed them to protect the face by turning it over. This is one of the earliest Reverso models we have ever seen! This prestigious timepiece features a beautiful rectangular Stainless Steel case that measures approximately 24mm (case to crown) x 9mm (high). Behind the crystal is a superb white dial that has aged naturally into a fine goldish tone over time. The dial has Arabic numeral hour indexes, luminous black hands with glow in the dark insets, and a sub-seconds dial at 6 o'clock. The watch also has a solid Stainless Steel case back, which can be flipped over to the outside to protect the face of the watch. This incredible Mechanical Movement watch is complete with a black crocodile leather two-piece strap that measures approximately 16 mm (wide) and can fit up to a 9-inch size wrist.
