Description: This is a very old J Russell knife, probably made around 1870-1890. Blade has been reprofiled at some point, bone handles and brass guard and pins. I believe this is the original sheath to this knife. Someone sewed it up and shortened the sheath when the blade was reprofiled. Looks like it was made into a neck knife with the brass wire through it. There is a tiny hairline crack on one side of the bone where the pins go through. Very tiny, blade is sharp. This is a high carbon blade that will hold a very sharp edge. Any questions just message me. I only ship on Friday and Saturday.
