This 2 piece pin set is attached with a 4" chain, at the bottom of the red balloon & at Pennywise's right hand. The red balloon measures 1 1/4" tall (including the loop), by 13/16" wide. Pennywise is 2 11/16" tall by 1 5/8" wide. The pins have 3 prongs with rubber fasteners, one on the balloon & 2 on IT. The set is brand new, never used or displayed, & comes in it's original packaging. Pennywise does have a manufacturing defect, a glob of resin that dripped from the front to the backside.
