Description: This is a rare March 1955 programme (playbill) from the Original Norwegian production of the IRVING BERLIN, HOWARD LINDSAY and RUSSEL CROUSE musical comedy "CALL ME MADAM" at the Central Teatret in Oslo, Norway. (The Original Broadway production opened October 12th, 1950 at the Imperial Theatre in New York City and ran for 644 performances.) ..... The musical starred INGERID VARDUND as "Mrs. Sally Adams", the new Ambassador to the mythical country of Lichtenburg (the role created on Broadway by ETHEL MERMAN).
