He quit his job and set up a private investigation company two years ago, right after his son TSUN SING had gone missing. He meets LAI SIU (NG MEI HENG, MELISSA), who is the manager of a group of part-time actors, through work. She learns, by chance, that she was involved in SINGs disappearance, so she feels guilty and is keen to help find SING. Surprisingly, she uncovers some clues even though she is clumsy. She finds out that SINGs disappearance is connected to CHINGs divorced wife and his good friend LAU KWOK WAI (WONG CHI YIN). CHING is shocked by the truth, so SIU uses her own story to comfort him. CHING and SIU become very close. On their wedding day, SIU suddenly goes missing. When she reappears, she is a changed person. CHING has to cope with another loved one mysteriously changing.
