Description: This is an International Bazaar Porcelain Covered Cake Plate Holly Berry EVC with box.It's hard to say if it was ever really used because there is no evidence that it has. On the other hand, it's porcelain so, doesn't stain.I can say there are no chips, cracks or crazing, its beautiful. There are a few very small brown spots on the edge of the top that are under the glaze. Comes with box and styrofoam protective inserts. Please be sure to look at all the pictures carefully before buying. I try hard to take great pictures that accurately describe the items I am selling.
