Description: Released in 1963, The Ventures set out to make their mark on the growing popularity of music. Almost all the cuts on this LP are familiar but each has its own unique sound by this band. Someone who reviewed this 62 year old release a few years ago had this to say: "Partway through side one, I was getting frustrated, because it felt like they were stacking all the best stuff on the first half of the album. Partway through side two, I realized that nope, it's just all THAT good. The Ventures put some really fun twists on some familiar country hits. I got pulled in by a 60 year old ad on the back of another Ventures record, and I'm glad I did. I can really see myself buying another copy in the future, 'cause I might just wear this one out." This example is in very good playing condition with just some minimal background rumble from wear and a few pops here and there. The outer sleeve is in good condition with some minor age yellowing and a little shelf scuffing. We have repaired the seam separation where the old glue dried out and let go.
