This was made in 2006 and was a Japanese release figure.It comes with the box, and has the bag with the figure and base still sealed inside. Only the box was open, the bag is sealed. The box does has some wear to it, as it was smushed a bit on the front and side on it's way to the states. I took a picture of the dent on the edge that caused it.Very cute figure of Ingrid in a pink dress with "Capcom" written across the torso. I believe she is about 4" tall.
