Infantry Insignia from Unidentified Central American Country

Description: This is a pair of Infantry insignia manufactured by N. S. Meyer of New York. They most likely produced from the 1970s to 1990s. They are new old stock. The backs may show signs of discoloration or tarnishing. The cards on which they are mounted may have scuffing, chipping, creasing, or discoloration. They have been stored for many years loose in boxes. Each insignia consists of crossed rifles with a bugle in the center. They measure approximately 1-1/2 inches in width by 3/8 of an inch in height. They have a post and clutch attachment system. I got these in a large batch of N. S. Meyer insignia. These were sold/auctioned off when Meyer shut down over 20 years ago. Most were from the 1970s through the 1990s. There were a lot of Central American insignia in this lot. I have not been able to positively identify some of them. This is one of the unidentified sets. I believe it to be associated with a Central American country. If you can identify it, please feel free to message me. The faces of the insignia remain shiny and retain their luster.
