Simply work wrinkles out with your hands or a broom handle starting from the center and working your way outward. The rug will continue to "relax" with foot traffic and use. Cleaning: 100% polypropylene is durable and easy care. Shake out or vacuum the rug as needed (do not use beater attachment). To spot clean, use a mild soap/water solution and hose down, then air dry completely. Maintenance: During initial use, "sprouts" of yarn may work their way to the surface of the rug. These are not defects, but a natural occurrence. Do not pull them; snip neatly with scissors. Reverse and rotate braided rugs over time. This process will prolong the life of your rug by evenly distributing the traffic. Padding/Protection: Use of a durable, non-skid rug pad is recommended to prevent color transfer, sliding and to provide added safety, durability and comfort.
