Description: Up for auction is one shotgun half roll (25 coins) of Indian Head and Wheat Back Pennies. This half roll has an obverse Indian Head Penny on one end and an obverse Wheat Back Penny on the other end with tight professionally machined wrapped crimps on both ends. The diameter of this roll is 3/4". This half roll came from a large estate sale in southwest Florida back in the late1980's. I have opened up a couple of these half rolls just to get a feel of what expected. To my surprise, I found an average of 7 to 8 Indian Heads and 17 to 18 Wheat Back Pennies all of which were 1929 or earlier.
