I've given it a light cleaning, which was all that was needed, as it is in exceptional condition with little to no wear and no damage of any kind. Mannequin is a life-size torso representation James E. Frape (1921-2016) Was an iconic jeweler, enamellist and sculptor in Pittsburgh, PA. He studied and later taught at the prestigious Carnegie Mellon Institute.
