Description: This listing is for the possibly unique, original 1923 The London Palladium Vaudeville Poster pictured above. This piece is truly museum quality, and its design seems to have been influenced by the short-lived vorticism movement in the UK shortly after WW1. The poster measures about 19.5 inches tall by 12.5 inches wide. Some information about the piece: Charles Gulliver managed The Palladium from 1912 into the 1920's. Daniel Melsa, billed on the poster, was a prodigy violinist. During WWI, Daniel spent his time divided between London and New York. Nora Bays toured England in 1923, which helps pinpoint the poster's date at Monday, August 27, 1923. Condition: The poster is in excellent shape for its age. There are tiny pin holes on each corner as pictured. There is slight tearing at the folds as pictured. The poster will be shipped folded along the existent creases. Feel free to ask any questions!
