Description: Up for sale is this antique land deed transaction between Thomas Bosworth and Parker Borden, dated April 15th, 1799. I can only assume that this was for the land that the Captain Parker Borden house still stands on in Bristol, Rhode Island. The document shows some toning, staining and separation at the fold lines. It is framed with glass on both sides so the entire document is visible. Measures about 16 1/2” x 13 1/2”. Signed by Thomas Bosworth & his wife’s mark, Richard Harding, Gustavus Baylies and one more signature I can’t make out.
