Description: Offering a vintage State of Illinois Notary Public Certificate. Stamped with the seal of Illinois. Has signatures of Edward Hughes, Secretary of State and Henry Horner, Governor. Signatures appear to be handwritten, one is faint. Dated May 4, 1936. Has creases where folded. In good condition. Measures 14" x 11". Items may have musty/old age odor. These are shipped flat, sandwiched between cardboard and wrapped in bubble wrap. This causes an increase in weight resulting in higher shipping costs.
