IDX System Technology BMS-VR Features The IDX BMS-VR is I-TRAX Data Management for the Endura battery system. This interface attaches to the Endura V-Lock Battery and outputs information via a USB cable to a PC. The PC processes the information using the supplied Battery Management System software. Battery Evaluation This device identifies the battery used and reads the history of usage such as temperature extremes, number of charges and battery capacity between charges. The BMS-VR provides users with a USB interface to a PC. The BMS-VR can discharge IDX ENDURA batteries with its built-in discharger from 13W to 40W (software programmable). When connected directly to the camera, the BMS-VR discharges the batteries based on actual, real time power draw. The discharge data is recorded into non-volatile memory for later retrieval to the BMS Software built-in database. When the discharge data is captured to the BMS software, a graphical discharge curve is displayed along with comprehensive battery data.
