As long as you have your hydro-boost broken apart, you should replace the old with all new seals! Please note that the star retainer washer will not work on vehicles newer than 2002. Metal star washer is for early with 1.6 inch bore prior to Year 2002. Newer Units with 1.8 inch bore Metal star washer need to be reused. This kit will fix a leaking hydro boost and also has all of the components to do a complete rebuild. Does not work with staked rods. If your rod is staked you can cut it and modify, but we strongly do not advise you to do so.
