Our screws are slightly longer to make it much easier to put a wire or terminal under the screw! (see the picture showing the screws tightened and they do not come out the back any farther than the terminal wire connections) Our screws are Phillips head instead of the slotted OEM screws (Much easier to get a screwdriver into rather than trying to line up a flat blade screwdriver!)Personally I use (and Norms rotor service agrees) these stainless steel screws on the standard terminal plate as a better way to go, rather than all of the work to replace the terminal plate by unsoldering all those short wires inside the rotor just to put one of those difficult to assemble connectors on the bottom instead! If you still want to use a connector, just use this kit and YOUR short pigtail to the terminal block to YOUR choice of connector EXTERNAL to the rotor!
