Description: This rare early model of the Hummel Birthday Serenade Lamp is a beautiful addition to any Hummel collection. The lamp, made in 1954, stands at 12 inches tall and 6 inches wide. It is an early model with the girl holding an accordion and the boy holding a horn. In 1976 the Birthday Serenade lamp was put back into production with the instruments switched, where the boy is holding an accordion and the girl is holding a horn. This is an original model from 1954. The lamp is in excellent condition with no chips or damage. It does have some crazing on the base and the wiring does not work (it has the original wiring from 1954).
