Many of our cards grade much higher as we get collections and consignment in all the time that we just auction off and go on to the next. If you are looking for a guaranteed gem please go and spend the premium on a card that is already graded. We will not accept returns for minor surface imperfections or slight issues that would still have the card grading at least an 8. We all make mistakes so once in a while we will miss a card that has a major issue and will always accept that return. If you decide you want to take advantage of the eBay return policy and return a card that will be at least an 8 we will be forced to block you from future bidding to protect ourselves from unfair buyer practices.
