Description: This huge vintage pair of 1950's wall sconces is perfect for your Spanish Revival or Gothic home. These sconces are made of hammered wrought iron, the back plates are hammered steel. They have lots of great character with their scrolling iron and embossed design on the metal, with wonderful old world style This pair of vintage sconces are all original, they do have new UL Listed sockets and wiring, and have been been tested for safety. The finish is original, black painted finish with silver highlights. They are not signed but do look to be Italian made, by the quality in manufacturing. Very Nice! Sconces this large are great statement lighting. They each take 4 candelabra base light bulbs, not included, up to 40 watts each. Measurements:18 3/4" Tall21 1/2" Wide6 1/2" Projection from the wallBack Plates: 5" by 7" The back plates are nice heavy steel, not thin and tinny like new lights. The back plates are 1" deep on the wall and all of the scrolling work on the lights are thick too and are 5/8" wide.
