Description: These are all vintage and have been in storage for 20+ used. The tinsel in the bags is like a spring that stretches out very easily but does not spring back. The springy tinsel is tangled and I can’t untangle it without stretching it. I’m not sure what it is called but it is pretty and would be nice to use for crafts and decorating.
