Description: HUGE ANTIQUE SWEDISH RORSTRAND MAJOLICA POTTERY TANKARD You are being offered a Very Large Antique Swedish Rorstand Majolica Pottery Beer Stein or Tankard with Slanted Sides and a Lift-Off Lid, that stands on Four Feet and it is decorated with a Classical Roman Scene done in an Ivory-Like Finish. We believe the Tankard was made by the Rorstand Pottery in Stockholm, Sweden between 1900 and 1920 and it has “Rorstand” surrounded by Three Crowns and 'Made in Sweden" printed in Red on its Bottom . The Tankard stands 14 inches high to the Top of the Finial on its Lid and it measures almost 6½ inches in diameter at its Rim and 7¾ inches in diameter at its Base. The Tankard is also in Very Good to Excellent Condition, without any chips, cracks, scratches or hairlines. Please refer to the photographs on the left for further details.
