This speaker appears to be unused; it is in pristine condition. However, it doesn’t come with a battery pack, and that makes it unusable as is. It does have a charger, though. These speakers were designed for use by law enforcement in public address situations, and they claim that the magnetic planar design, similar to that used by the audio speaker company Magnepan, allows for clearer, cleaner announcements. They are loud enough to require warnings not to use them too close to people, so I imagine they can crank.
