This is a very Rare New Era Models Right side Exhaust Header (TRM241 - Blue in color). This is a port matched manifold that can be used on the 1/10 HPI Nitro RS4 MT, MT2, Super Nitro Rally, RS4 Evo, etc (and other nitro models at your discretion). This header can be used on small block engines with side exhaust (.12, .15, .18).
