Description: For sale is my (almost) three-year-old Hewlett-Packard Pavilion Gaming 15.6 inch laptop computer. Originally purchased February 2022, this is an excellent choice for someone who needs a powerful, mobile computer but will have access to an electrical outlet while doing strenuous computing. I've used this computer to play Star Wars Battlefront II, FTB Infinity Evolved, Dirt Rally 2.0, and Helldivers 2 without issue. I've also used it to edit 1080p video in Adobe Premiere Pro without having to reduce the resolution of real-time playback. This computer also does not struggle whatsoever with Autodesk AutoCAD. I can go multiple days of light use (editing documents, watching YouTube, browsing the internet) without recharging. When I do recharge, I am careful to not leave it plugged in for a long time so you should be good when it comes to the battery lasting. The battery life under heavy load is not great, 2-3 hours is about all it can do.The wireless internet connectivity can be intermittent if there are a lot of other devices nearby. I had to go into Windows settings to disable 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) because it would keep trying to establish an 802.11ax connection that was unreliable when an 802.11ac connection would suffice. This could potentially be solved with Windows 11.The fans can get loud under sustained load, definitely noticeable in a silent room.The power supply is scuffed and scratched from normal use, the computer itself is in great cosmetic condition. I will ship this computer with the latest version of Windows 10 Home, fully reset and ready for you to configure, just like how a new computer would be. There is the option to upgrade to Windows 11 at no cost, but you will have to do that yourself.
