I will ship all STH’s wrapped in bubble wrap (wrap not taped closed to prevent any damage when unpacking the item). I will pack with additional bubble wrap to ensure proper padding and safety during transit. That said, for damage during transit and mishandling by the carrier (UPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) you can message me and I will try to help resolve the problem by guiding you in the right direction on how to file a claim with the carrier. Please do not threaten or intimidate. I understand getting a damaged item is upsetting, however if I’m not at fault (Ex. Carrier has clearly mishandled the package, has dents/damage, gouge marks on box, or has thrown it onto porch causing internal damage to item inside) I will try to resolve the problem. If I am threatened I will report you the proper authorities whether it be eBay or the police. Do not bid if you do not intend on paying.
