It is a little thicker, and the base is a little wider to wear longer. Unlike the factory knobs these are solid PLA Plastic with 30% infill and six layer walls. The Knob is 65 mm diameter 21mm thick, 36mm long, 30mm base. Hex relief 17mm. Blade Guide Adjusting Knob: Blade Guide Adjusting Knob has a threaded end that is 23mm. And weighs 79 grams, the old one weighs 59 grams. Included is a replaceable 50mm 10m x 1.5 pitch bolt and nut not a press in square ended threaded rod. This will perfectly fit the Upper Blade Guide Bracket Seat. All you need to do is remove the old broken knob and replace it with this one. Note: The Blade Tension Adjusting Knob is different. The bolt is 90mm long (BTAK) whereas the Blade Guide Knob is 23mm. Fits Most 1 HP 4 in. x 6 in. Horizontal/Vertical Metal Cutting Band Saws from Harbor Freight, Northern Tools, Shop Fox, Grizzly.
