Description: Holster, leather for Webley, Service Revolver. Leading edge of holster is 9" in length. Cover is secured by leather thong and a solid brass stud. No belt loop to rear of holster. Holster is meant to be attached to the Sam Browne belt by brass snap hooks. No stitching faults to the leather. My guess is that this is a private purchase item possibly for the Boer War.
