Description: The Schneider CA1 tank is the first tank designed by France. The first battle was the second Aina battle launched on April 16, 1917. All the CA1 participating in the battle were deployed in the region of Berlioba in northern France. In the attack mission, a total of about 130 Schneider CA1 tanks participated in the battle, of which 57 were completely destroyed by German artillery. As of August 1918, Schneider CA1 produced 400 vehicles, including prototypes, compiled into 20 tank units, which belonged to Brigadier General Estienne’s Assault Artillery Command. Because Schneider CA1's performance in each battle was not high, so after the debut of the Renault FT-17 light tank in 1918, Schneider CA1's plan to produce 1,500 vehicles was also suspended.
