Description: HO Scale Trains - Accessories - Chessie System Diesel Engine NBR 2 - The previous owner of this package was a doctor and his estate donated it to a Historical Railroad Museum. The Museum specializes in O gauge trains so the entire package I purchased has been stored in their climate controlled storage area for a few years. They just put it up for sale to clear room in their storage area for new donations. First and foremost a good cleaning would be recommended. This engine is in nice shape given its age. It has all 4 stirrups and both couplers. The finish and graphics are in excellent shape. I did apply power to the wheels and the engine runs fine but seems to be a bit louder than other engines I have tested. The wheels all turn freely. This was not track tested.
