Description: HO scale Atlas Master Series GP38 with factory installed dual mode silent DCC decoder. Factory painted as NYSW 2012. Locomomotive is complete with the exception of a couple lift rings. Some handrail and minor details needed to be repaired or glued. Only noticable close up. Locomomotive looks great cosmetically and runs smooth. All lights work. Originally purchased from a smoker and all residue/odor has been cleaned up and removed. Perfect for any 1980's-90's NYSW or Conrail modeler. Comes with original box.
