Description: This auction includes one (1) HO Scale BNSF SD70M Diesel Locomotive by Athearn Genesis. It comes painted in red and silver with red lettering. It carries no number. The shell is made of plastic and the frame is die cast metal. It is equipped with automatic knuckle couplers. The item is powered with a standard Athearn Genesis diesel locomotive mechanism (semi can motor in center, drive shafts with flywheels to each truck, all wheels geared). A DCC chip has been installed. The engine operates on DCC #3. It runs well. It comes in kit form as the buyer will need to install some of the handrails (included in the box) as well a a good number of detail parts (also included in the box). It is previously owned but appears to be in excellent condition. It comes in its original box.
