Description: #Media mail is lowest priority and sometimes takes much longer than the estimate, especially during the holiday season. I am offering priority mail as an option. It is faster and more reliable, but unfortunately, more expensive. Even priority mail may take days longer than ebay's estimate, but media mail at it's worst has been known to take weeks longer. That is the exception, but it can happen. Please understand after I ship your package, I have no control over how the postal service chooses to route it. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me first, and I will work with you to arrive at a good solution. History Of Medical Practice In Illinois , Volume 1, Zeuch 1927, Ex-library, Fair. History of medical practice in Illinois before 1850. The book has much general historic interest besides just medical. Covers the different geographical portions of Illinois. Many illustrations. Large fold-out map of what is now the St. Louis area as drawn in 1796. Condition of the book is fragile. Front and rear cover hinges are split, leaving the spine connected to binding only by webbing. It is an ex-library book with card pouch and date due chart. I noticed a couple of margin notations in green ink. Other than that, I could detect no writing or marking in text. Pages are generally clean and in good condition, though there may be minor smudges or other signs of use which do not interfere with legibility. Binding is intact throughout text, with no loose pages. Interesting historical insights, especially for anyone with connections to the locale.
