**HIGHEST GRADED** 1986-87 Merchante Spanish MICHAEL JORDAN RC #163 BVG BGS 8.5

Description: MICHAEL JORDAN 1986 Merchante Spanish #163 BGS 8.5 Is likely THE HIGHEST GRADED ULTRA RARE Rookie ‘Sticker’ Card RC of THE GOAT among BGS and likely PSA (see below!) These cards were released only in Spain in 1985 for the Converse “Campeonata de Liga Baloncesto 1986-1987” sticker album where the cards were glued to their corresponding locations in the album. While the album focused on the Spanish basketball league, a couple of pages towards the end of the album were dedicated to the NBA All-Stars, the cards of which have the NBA logoman on the upper left corner. NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN HIGH-GRADE condition!!! Not only did the vast majority of these cards end up glued to the sticker album, but for those that survived most were fraught with damaged corners and edges due to the thin cardstock, very poor centering, & poor printing quality. *******************Out of a total of ONLY 137 PSA-graded ones, there are ONLY 4 graded a PSA 8 without any higher (one of those 4 is currently listed at $99K firm!!). The most common grades, by far, are PSA 1 & 2!!! See PSA POP report in photo******************* This card is graded BGS 8.5, with TWO 9.5 subgrades and average subgrade of 8.875!!! Possible crossover to PSA 9 or even 8.5 to be the single HIGHEST EVER PSA graded???… and offered at less than 1/2 the price of a lower graded card. Light scratches seen on front of the card are on the slab / holder, not the card! Photos of a sample sticker album are included for reference only.
