Every care must be taken to ensure the product is returned in reasonable condition. Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned item has been received by us. We recommend that proof of dispatch is obtained in case of loss in transit. Personalised items For most of our orders we send you sample picture for approval ( if requested ) to make sure that colour, position and size is correct. If you don't receive one please ask to avoid misunderstandings. Please remember that all pictures used for custom-made items may be trimmed and resized to the item size. We always make sure that you don't lose any important part of your picture. We also try not to stretch pictures ( unless customer require ) so they always look natural. After printing all pictures will be deleted as we do not share them with any third party companies. Feel free to ask for sample picture, so you know how it will look like while printed - please note it is only a draft preview. Exchange/Refund policy Ultimate Line offer item exchange free of charge but buyer is responsible for sending item for exchange and return postage costs. Also buyer is responsible for re-sending P&P costs. In situations where the item has been returned in a different condition, used or damaged ( due to poor packing ) we regret to issue refund or exchange. Please make sure your package things properly. If you cause damage to the goods, you will have broken your legal duty to take care of the goods. You may have to pay compensation to Ultimate Line Company. What if item received is damaged?
