HG 15.5"D RARE Vintage CAPODIMONTE 3 DIMENSIONAL Bowl/Platter LACE DESIGN ITALY!

Description: BEAUTIFUL, LARGE and RARE Vintage 15 1/2" diameter CAPODIMONTE Flaired Rim Bowl/Platter. It has many places that are cut through so it RESEMBLES LACE and is a LACE LIKE DESIGN means you can see through it like lace! MADE IN ITALY! BEAUTIFULLY HAND PAINTED! There are 3 large oval cartouches plus the center 3 dimensional pictures! Each one has a different scene. There is a man wearing a yellow with orange cape and he is in a chariot with 4 horses on the top cartouche, a man in a chariot with 2 rearing horses. He has a pink and mauve cape. The 3rd cartouche has a man also with a yellow and orange cape in a chariot and two women in front (he looks like he is missing his horses!) One of the women is wearing a mauve dress and the other one has a yellow and orange dress on. The center picture has a woman who is offering another woman some grapes. The standing woman has a child with her. There are all kinds of shrubs and trees too. The colors seem to be the yellow with orange, and the mauve, shades of green, blue, purple and more. The skies are all light blue. The base color is cream with TONS of 3 DIMENSIONAL SCROLLS everywhere! And there is an angel/cherub between the cartouches. The colors are cream with shades of green, red, brown, blue yellow with TONS OF GOLD PLATE ALL OVER too! It measures 15 1/2" in diameter and is 2 7/8" tall. There are two holes in the back for hanging the flaired bowl/platter too! It notes "Capodimonte, Italy with the crown and "N". The flared bowl/platter itself is in great condition with no cracks and only a tiny pinpoint chip under the points of two of the 4 points. Little bit of loss with the gold plate but not noticeable.
