Description: HERPA PROMOTEX HO #5322 , 5148. I have 2 packages marked as 5322 and one marked as 5148. All 3 are the same item. I am not sure if the mfg changed the part number over time? This is a hydraulic crane crane. It has a operator's seat and leveling feet. The leveling feet are expandable and the boom does move.
