Before taking a spiritual bath, you must be physically clean. When performing a spiritual bath take the time and make this a magical time for you by adding music, lighting candles, using incense, reciting prayers, incantations or meditating upon your intentions, or using crystals around the bath. This is a three-day bath so you can use a third of the herbs at each bath. You can put the herbs directly in the bath water or a sachet. I prefer putting the herbs in my bath water and allowing them to touch my body. *** If you put herbs directly into the bath make sure to use a handheld strainer before opening the drain because the herbs can clog your drain.*** Don't forget to get the top of your head, the crown chakra.
