Sole Agents in the United States. The Spool Cotton Company, 350 Fifth Avenue, New York". The interior lists the "Ten Essentials of a Quality Needle" and displays a large illustration of Milward's Perfect Helix Needle. "Always Look Your Needle in the Eye - a rough imperfect eye chafes and breaks the thread." Slight wear on back of case (see photo).
